Want to help family child care providers reduce their taxes for 2011?
"Family Child Care Tax Update" is a timely webinar that I'm offering to assist staff from Child Care Resource and Referral agencies (CCR&R) and trainers to do just that. This webinar will help you be better prepared to answer questions and present workshops on the key tax changes in 2011.
The webinar will cover new tax rules such as:
* 100% bonus depreciation rule
* The reduction of the Social Security tax rate
* New Voluntary Classification Settlement Program (for child care providers who hire employees)
* Higher eligibility limits for the Saver’s Tax Credit and Earned Income Credit
* New standard meal allowance and standard mileage rates
* 2012 tax changes
I will also discuss how child care providers can find and choose a qualified tax preparer. The more aware family child care providers are of these significant tax changes, the more they will be able to reduce their taxes.
The "Family Child Care Tax Update" webinar will be broadcast live on Thursday, January 26th at 2:00pm Eastern time. It will last ninety mintues. Participants will be able to ask questions of me and will receive a copy of my power point and handouts that can be used in your workshops.
The cost of the webinar is $40 if you are a member of NACCRRA and $45 if you are not. Click here to register.
I'm offering this webinar in cooperation with the National Association for Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, through their Child Care Aware Training Academy.
I am also offering a seven-part series of webinars on "The Business of Family Child Care" that starts January 24th. The webinars will cover record keeping, marketing, contract, legal, insurance, money management and more. This is a rare opportunity for those who assist family child care providers by answering questions or teaching classes on business issues.
On Tuesday, January 17th I will be conducting a webinar, "How to File an Accurate Tax Return for 2011." This webinar is directed at family child care providers to help them understand and take advantage of the new tax rules for 2011.
