I cant hold a spot without payment, not even for 1 week. My policy for new parents who want a spot held is that they pay the regular weekly fee, as if their child was in attendance, in order to hold the spot until their child starts. If an enrolled parent needs to temporarily pull their child out of my program, I apply the 2 week deposit they paid at registration for the first 2 weeks out, and all subsequent weeks will be paid regularly, as if their child was in attendance, until their child returns. If that enrolled family is experiencing financial hardship, I may discount the fee. This policy helps me maintain a certain level of revenue which contributes to maintaining a quality program.
