This is so important. I wish I would have kept a written record when I had a little boy in my care a few years back. It went sour when I had to tell his mom that I saw some behavioural warning signs that I thought she should bring up with his paediatrician. I could only imagine how hard it must have been for a mom to hear those words- but I knew I had to say something for the little guy's sake. The situation was difficult for everyone. I never saw them again after that afternoon. I wish them all the best.
