Our Free Tax Self-Assessment App is Here

Today marks a turning point in how the child care field approaches business support at scale.

Our patent-pending Tax Self-Assessment App represents years of continuous knowledge, lessons learned, and provider interactions and is now available at no cost to any provider, anywhere.

  The Patent-Pending Tax Self-Assessment App

What started as an internal system expanded to become a resource for our certified business coaches and is now available to the entire field. Through our work, we’ve found that proper tax strategies can save businesses up to $7,600 annually in actual tax liability. This application reflects our evolved approach to tax strategy for small businesses.

The application

Providers can analyze their tax returns in minutes to identify:

  • Missed savings opportunities

  • Potential risks before they become costly problems

  • Clear next steps to share with tax preparers

Technology That Removes Barriers

The application is web-based, works on any device, requires no login, and delivers immediate results. Rather than creating more complexity, we've used technology to reduce it.

This release represents our investment in solutions that work at scale. We've funded the development, tested the application, and committed to making it universally accessible. Through extensive collaboration with providers to refine the application, we're confident the technology fully serves those it's intended for.

What's Next

This is the first in a series. Our Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Calculator and additional business tools are currently near release, and we have more in beta testing, each designed to address the financial and operational challenges that can hinder providers from thriving.

Tax season represents the single most significant opportunity to get money directly into providers’ hands. We're ensuring the tools are in place to make that happen.
