CACFP Releases 2025–2026 Reimbursement Rates

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) has announced its updated reimbursement rates for the 2025 to 2026 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2025. These rates reflect small increases based on changes to the Consumer Price Index and apply to child care centers, family child care homes, and adult day care programs.

 What This Means for You

These annual rate increases help child care providers cover the cost of serving healthy meals and snacks. While the changes are modest, they provide some relief in the face of rising food prices.
